Many products are organic and gentle, but jasmine or essential oils can irritate very sensitive skin. Tell your technician about allergies or sensitivities; we can substitute ingredients, perform a patch test, or recommend the milder green tea soak instead.
Yes — gel polish is available as an upgrade for most combo services for an additional fee and time. Please tell us when booking so we allocate curing time and remove any existing gel safely before applying new gel polish.
If you received regular polish, allow 20–30 minutes drying time before wearing shoes to avoid smudging. Gel polish cures immediately under UV/LED so shoes are fine after curing. Open-toe sandals or loose footwear are recommended for the first few hours.
