Nell and her team are the best. Perfect manicures and pedicures, and they are lovely hosting kids and talkative relatives as well. I’ve had gel, dazzle dry(which Nell introduced me to and is the current favorite), and standard manicures and all have been very well done. She offered to test two colors on me to help me decide for both my fingers and toes. Both my manicure and gel pedicure came out wonderful. Even though it was a “basic” pedicure, it felt very detail oriented and relaxing. What an amazing experience! I came here for a facial with Ness. Ness is very friendly and welcoming. She is also thorough, taking to learn the issues I have with my skin and evaluating the state of my skin. Based on my skin and specific issues, she explained the plan for my facial and got to work. Throughout the facial, Ness checked in with me to make sure I was comfortable. All the products she used had a lovely, soft scent. I got a Groupon for a spa pedicure and decided to get my nails done as well. I LOVED IT! Liz did an amazing job. Both my feet and hands were very dried (thus my cuticles looking rough), but Liz was patient and meticulous with her work. Very pleased with my deluxe pedicure experience! I purchased a voucher via Groupon after months of burnout at work and failure to self-care. I had never gotten a pedicure before (though I have had a few manicures) and wanted to treat myself to a positive experience! Arlington VIP spa delivered!

My nail technician was quiet but friendly, and the atmosphere was relaxing. This wasn’t a super crowded or busy space, which was nice because I was able to catch up on some reading without interruption. I think my pedicure turned out great, and I loved the added touches—snacks and drinks available. My technician was also super attentive, double checking her work throughout the process. I don’t know how she did it all without a break for her poor shoulders! I will be back!...more

Received a 45 min signature facial as promoted on Groupon. Easy parking, accessible and easy to find. Space was clean and organized. Upon arrival I was checked in by whom I presume was the owner.

The facial was deep cleanse, with some light exfoliation, extraction and hydration which included serums, a sheet mask and moisturizer. The esthetician used dermalogica products but I dont know the brand of the sheet mask. I could have forgone the sheet mask but that is personal preference. A face steamer was also used. I have read mixed things about these machines but it did not bother me.

Esthetician used gloves so be sure to ask if they are non latex if you have a latex allergy. The gloves didn't feel weird but I could feel her nails through them. The only con besides that she did not ask if I used any acids on my face and what my skin routine is currently. Also no after care instructions were given. She used a lot of product as my face was super shiny, but yet hydrated. My face broke out a bit afterwards which is normal. Cleared up in a few days. Highly recommend!!! Will visit again!...more

So I get my nails done a lot and have gotten a wide arrange of nail services from dip, sns, acrylic, gel extensions, etc. This place definetly is worth a stop by. My normal nail tech was on vacation and this place hit the spot. Got acrylic fill with gel and they so a great job. Through the whole process, she checked to ensure I was happy with length, shape, look, etc. This is now my back up nail place and maybe my place for nail art....more
